Job Summary:
Position: Management Trainee
Location: Across India (98 Smart Cities)
Salary: 15000 + expenses + incentives (Post Training Period)
Training Period: Three (3) Months
OneFORM is building a platform to create next wave of leaders. Responsibility of Management Trainee includes but not limited to pitch maximum institutes (school/college/coaching classes) located in their own city. Management Trainee is assigned to convince the concerned authority of the institute to adopt OneFORM for their upcoming Admissions. The goal is to board maximum institute on OneFORM for their upcoming Online Admission for the Academic Year 2018-19. Management Trainee will be given real responsibility to bring maximum Signups from the Institute and assist them to go on board with OneFORM.
Management Trainees undergo first 3 months training. Primarily this will involve a combination of assignments involving decision-making, crisis resolution problem-solving, client dealing etc. Depending on your strengths and knowledge, OneFORM will give you an opportunity in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, Human Resources and Analytics areas for the permanent employment. You need to have tremendous commitment and a leadership drive to succeed and thrive in this role.
